I started to practise Yoga 50 years ago.
​
After a really bad injury in my spine, I began to study.
At some point, I felt in myself to teach, and studied four years for a diploma in The Swiss Yoga Association.
In these four years I learned different styles of Yoga.
The Yoga classes I offer now are rooted in
Hatha and Iyengar Yoga.

I have 30 years of teaching experience from running my own studio in Switzerland and have offered retreats around Europe.
​
For me, Yoga is not exercise or effort - although it might be
a bit in the beginning- It is opening up and giving space to God. It's fun!
I only teach what I experience myself, spontaneously and intuitively.
6 years of shamanic healing training working intuitively with touch, drums, voice and feathers to bring about deep transformation and clearing of negative energies.
